Returns & Warranty

  • For all returns please contact our team at shop@1800sendit.com.au and we’ll work with you to get return label details sorted.
  • Returns must arrive in new condition to receive a refund - no scratches, scuffs, dirt, etc. Returned items must be properly packaged with the original box, product tags, labels and packing materials to avoid damage, as originally received.
  • For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, original and return shipping fees will be covered by 1800 SEND IT, Australia.
  • Warranty applies to all 1800 SEND IT manufactured parts from date of purchase
  • For warranties, please email us at shop@1800sendit.com.au and we will issue you with a warranty form. Contact must be made within the products warranty period commencing from the date of successful receipt.
  • Any refunds processed on items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
  • Please allow up to 5 days for 1800 SEND IT, Australia to process returns.
