For all returns please contact our team at shop@1800sendit.com.au and we’ll work with you to get return label details sorted.
Returns must arrive in new condition to receive a refund - no scratches, scuffs, dirt, etc. Returned items must be properly packaged with the original box, product tags, labels and packing materials to avoid damage, as originally received.
For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, original and return shipping fees will be covered by 1800 SEND IT, Australia.
Warranty applies to all 1800 SEND IT manufactured parts from date of purchase
For warranties, please email us at shop@1800sendit.com.au and we will issue you with a warranty form. Contact must be made within the products warranty period commencing from the date of successful receipt.
Any refunds processed on items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
